Item Criteria
1. Authentic high-end designer brand, such as Balenciaga, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Hermes. View list of brands we accept.
2. Gently used to like new condition, without significant defects.* *Any repairs must have been done so by the designer's authorized repair center. Please do not send us items "restored" by other companies.
3. Handbags, small leather goods, and accessories. Shoes must be in new or nearly new condition. Balenciaga leather Biker Jackets are considered on a per item basis.

Process
Upon receipt, Real Deal Collection will be responsible for the promotion, care and customer service associated with selling your items, including authentication, market price evaluation, professional photography, detailed description, Internet listing, E-mail promotion, customer communication, secure packaging, shipping and insurance of your property. We will take all necessary steps to sell your item quickly for the best price possible. We offer up to 3 ways to sell: on consignment, directly to us, or trade-in for store credit.

Consignment
With a little patience, you can earn more money for your luxury designer bags! Get paid 70% of the price sold, less a $25 listing fee after the sale is complete. We cover all transaction costs like PayPal fees, Google Wallet fees, credit card fees and the process expenses detailed above to market and sell your items. Our goal is to sell your items quickly for the best price possible within the luxury resale market. Consignment fees only apply to items sold; there is no charge to you if your item does not sell. Please bear in mind that of the thousands of items we've had on consignment, only a few have ever been returned due to inability to sell.

Direct Buy
Need cash now? Get paid immediately for your like new to gently used designer purses by selling them directly to us. We issue payments via bank checks sent by US Mail and electronically thru PayPal in USD. Bank wire transfers can also be issued into your local currency for a $20 USD wire initiation fee. Receive a fair value for your bags after the condition and authenticity has been confirmed. Not all items are eligible for direct buy offers; it depends on many factors including style, condition, popularity, etc. Due to market fluctuations, direct buy offers must be accepted within 7 days of the offer date, otherwise the offer shall be considered expired. You'll get immediate cash with direct buy, although if you have a little patience, you can earn more with trade-in or consignment.

Trade-in Store Credit
Want something from our shop? We will issue store credit for your like new to gently used luxury bags. It is like an advance consignment payment because you will not have to wait for your trade-in items to sell. Store credit can be used immediately, including towards existing layaway orders and those on hold with a good faith deposit. Not all items are eligible for trade-in offers; it depends on many factors including style, condition, popularity, etc. Due to market fluctuations, store credit offers must be accepted within 7 days of the offer date, otherwise the offer shall be considered expired. Once accepted, store credit never expires – use it now or later. We'll even keep track of it for you, just mention store credit in the "Special Instructions" area during checkout through our online shopping cart. You'll receive an invoice through E-mail if any balance is due, or an E-mail confirming your remaining store credit.
